I use this product mainly for a sure night of sleep. Typically every other night because personally I dont want to rely on any product to have a good night sleep. When I do take it, sleep is almost guaranteed. I would start with a half scoop. Its likely when you take too much recommend never more than 3/4 scoop its possible to have a very similar reaction to a hangover the next morning.

I’ve been battling insomnia for 20 years. Tried this one night. Works great to put you to sleep within 30 minutes or less. Woke up about 7 hours later and initially felt rested, but kinda loopy. I got out of bed about 20 minutes later and started feeling very dizzy. 30-40 minute after waking, I was vomiting hard. Spent the entire day with terrible vertigo, nausea and vomiting, jitters, and brain fog. Pretty sure I know what heroin withdrawal feels like now. If rather sirens the rest of my life getting a couple hours sleep per night than use this product again.

I recently purchased this product to help me with my insomnia and with my workout. I followed the recommended scoop. I ended up vomiting after 6 hours and with severe dizziness. I was unable to get out of the bed for a literal 32 hours. I had no pain sensation or response, asked my cousin to give me a juice bottle to use as a urinal and I skipped all the meals. After 32 hours, I went to the gym and it was great, I was able to increase 20 kgs in my weights for my inclined press. I weigh 65 kgs and standing at 5 foot 6 inches with lean body type. I recommend to start with a very small scoop.

This doesnt help me sleep. But half a scoop boosts energy a lot in about an hour after taking. Works like nothing else.
